Warranties & Returns

We’re not going to waste your time with a bunch of complex jargon and conditional statements.  We want you happy with your product and your life to be a little less stressful.

We’ll just lay it out in plain terms:

  • You’re protected with a 30-day “no questions asked” guarantee.  Don’t like it, send it back to us.  Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please return the device, its components, and packaging in original condition, otherwise we do have to ask for a small restocking fee.  Email us below. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% to 15% restocking fee.
  • You’re also protected by a 1-year manufacturer’s defect warranty.  If it’s not working, return it to us and let us know what’s wrong.  We’ll test it out.  If it’s bad, we’ll replace it.
  • Finally, if you would to increase your product’s warranty coverage, we are now offering extended warranties where you can add 1, 2, or 3 years onto our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, contact our customer success team to make sure you get the right warranty for your project.

Returns

We’re trying out best to make returns as simple as possible.  Rather than struggle through an automated system, simply complete this contact form with your order number and the issue you’re having in the message below requesting a return.
