I have 8-12 30 watt devises, which injector is needed? which power supply also?

You could use our WS-GPOE-16A-56V240W injector kit. This will power up to 8 POE devices with the included power supply.
what power supply do I need to buy for this unit?

It depends on what you need to power with it. You will definitely need either a 48 volt or 56 volt power supply, as these fit into the IEEE 802.3at standard. Now, the next question is how many devices are your powering and at what level. For example, if you have 10 x normal POE devices that you want to power at 15 watts each and one 30 watt device, then you should go with 2 x WS-PS-56v120w power supplies, which we sell as a kit. This will always be a safe bet.

Does this device autonegotiate or is it passive?

This autonegotiates on all 16 ports.
For the WT-AT-16 is specifies "Gigabit" as the data rate. The switch we use supports 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-neg. Is auto-neg @ 100Mbps supported?

Yes, the AT-16 injector supports both gigabit data speed and auto-negotiation of power.
The WT-AT-16 has two power inputs. How do those work? Redundant or does on power ports 1-8 and the other 9-16?

The AT-16 allows for 2 power supplies to double the overall wattage as well as be a redundant power supply should the need arise.
